Part-time opportunities. Hide & Hunter is a privately owned, custom leather accessories brand with more than 20 retail partners throughout the country. Although we produce quality and durable handcrafted goods, the heart of H&H is our mission to change the world. A portion of our sales is donated to various philanthropic organizations on a local and global scale. Qualifications:
16 years and older
Flexible schedule
Previous retail experience preferred.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow-up on all store activities.
Demonstration of strong verbal and written communication skills.
Social media presence and passion to stay up to date on the latest trends

Primary Responsibilities/Accountability:
Embodies a brand ambassador mindset by proudly representing and sharing Hide & Hunter and our mission.
Drives revenue and provides guests with exceptional service through relationship building and product knowledge.
Consistently achieves quantifiable sales goals.
Alerts manager/owner when merchandise sells and replenishment is needed.
Takes note and relays popular product, trends, and guest comments to manager/owner.
Maintains clean store environment and organized visual merchandising presentations.
Brainstorms new visual merchandising themes along with window display designs
Consistently updates Hide & Hunter’s social media with the latest store events, new product, and promos.
Understands the Hide & Hunter culture, ensuring compliance with all Hide & Hunter values and store operational standards.
Additional responsibilities assigned by management team.

Revenue Generation:
Consistently meets or exceeds store and individual sales goals while eagerly creating new ways to exceed future goals.
Once daily sales are reached, associate will accrue commission on additional sales made during her shift.

Guest Interactions:
Provides excellent guest service by anticipating guest’s needs, exceeding expectations, and adhering to the Hide & Hunter service standards.
Acknowledges guests and store needs promptly.
Communicates effectively, building loyalty and relationships with guests and management.
Treats others fairly and does not pass judgment on potential guests.
Supports an environment of learning and trust by living as a positive role model.

Store Operations:
Flexibility needed: able to work weekdays from 11-5:30 and OCCASSIONAL weekends
Completes opening/closing procedures and tasks as directed by management/owner with a guest focus.
Is able to locate merchandise and maintain organization.
Adheres to loss prevention practices and reports potential thefts to ensure the protection of company assets.
Maintains a safe work environment and reports any potential hazards to management/owner.
Participates and assists in store preparation: product tagging, entering inventory into sales system, merchandising.
Reports to work as scheduled; records time worked accurately by using Hide & Hunter’s time and attendance system; remains flexible to the needs of the business.

Technical Expertise:
Demonstrates a desire and ability to quickly learn and navigate the Hide & Hunter payment systems.
Performs register transactions quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
Able to handle cash and provide change without error.

Photography
Internship

Part-time Intern. Crucial in advancing Hide & Hunter and establishing brand image and campaign. This is for the student or individual looking to build their portfolio in photography and its many dimensions. You must be able to receive academic credit.

Proficient in: Photoshop, Illustrator, lighting and positioning techniques.

Qualifications:
Pursuing Bachelors degree
Relevant coursework and experience in photography, video, film production, and/or art direction
Excellent communication skills and works well in creative, fast-pace environments
Works well in group-settings, partnering well with fellow-interns
Ability to prioritize projects, organize, and multi-task

Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Take ownership from day one viewing yourself as a part of the H&H team
Work alongside creative partners to collaborate on the casual and large season shoot
Present weekly inspo boards for casual product shoots.
Scout cool spots for casual and final shoot projects and turn in list with inspo board for approval
Edit photos from each week’s shoot and compile a look book for owner to review. Also photograph candids at shows and events.
Complete final edits to photos and turn in to be uploaded to website and social media
Maintain, create, and update social media content
Build marketing material such as brochures, pamphlets, look books, hang tags
Responsible for smoothly and successfully running photo shoot through finding locations and relaying finalized info to other parts of creative team

Fashion Merchandising & Styling Internship

Part -time interns. Ideal candidates might have entry-level fashion industry experience and desire to pursue a career in fashion styling or merchandising. Crucial in advancing Hide & Hunter and establishing brand image and campaign. This is for the student or individual looking to build their portfolio in fashion merchandising and styling. You must be able to receive academic credit.

Relevant coursework and experience in apparel design, fashion merchandising, or similar field
Be familiar with social media platforms and campaigns – know the current visual trends
Excellent communication skills and works well in creative, fast-pace environments
Works well in group-settings, partnering well with fellow-interns
Ability to prioritize projects, organize, and multi-task

Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Take ownership from day one viewing yourself as a part of the H&H team
Work alongside creative team to collaborate on the casual and large season shoot
Understand logistics behind content planning and executing editorial projects
Maintain, create, and update social media content
Be on the forefront of building some of our newest ideas and projects
Have an interest in events, branding/marketing & research
According to slated H&H merchandise, Intern will develop theme and present weekly inspo boards for casual product shoots
Create a vendor list of local boutiques willing to temporarily donate clothing and accessories for shoots
Create local hair and makeup artist list willing to donate services for portfolio opportunity
Once theme is signed-off on, you will present wardrobe options to owner for final approval
Book and inform model(s) of photo-shoot details ensuring timely arrival and smoothly executed photo shoot
Responsible for day-of event/shoot logistics and safely transporting H&H merch and wardrobe
Manage styling rack, source wardrobe for shoots, style and assist photographer on set
Develop easy trunk show and event set-up methods, merchandise table, and assist with customers and sales
